Ice Cream Cheesecake

My favorite dessert of all!! We could only make this one on the day we went to the store. We would look forward all week for this one. We also had to be sneaky because we needed to “borrow” a 5 gallon bucket and get a TON of ice. Man is this good.

Ice Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • 1- Box of instant cheese cake mix
  • 2-Pints of your favorite ice cream
  • 1-Handful of your favorite cookies (optional)
Instructions
  1. Let (2) pints of ice cream sit out until it softens.
  2. Mix ice cream with cheese cake mix and follow instructions on the box.
  3. Finely crush cookies and mix with graham cracker crust mix.
  4. Make crust according to box instructions.
  5. Pour ice cream/cheesecake mixture onto crust. Chill according to box instructions. (you can use a refrigerator or (5) bucket filled with ice to chill)

 

Let (2) pints of ice cream sit out until it softens.

Mix ice cream with cheese cake mix and follow instructions on the box.

Finely crush cookies and mix with graham cracker crust mix.

Make crust according to box instructions.

Pour ice cream/cheesecake mixture onto crust. Chill according to box instructions. (you can use a refrigerator or (5) bucket filled with ice to chill)
